Software Release R11A

The new firmware introduces the following:
- Firewall
- IPSec Termination
- L2TP (BCP) tunnelling
- DHCP Relay
- TR-069 Client (CWMP)
To determine 'your current software version' log onto the W21's web interface, click on the system tab and check the 'Application Software' version. Please download the upgrade instructions and appropriate files below:

Important
(i) Please make sure you install the correct files according to your current firmware before upgrading to R11A otherwise your unit will become inoperable and will need to be sent back for repair.
(ii) R11A contains two upgrade modules. Please ensure you follow the upgrade instructions to ensure you do not restart the unit once the first module gets to 100%. WLAN needs to be turned off to conserve memory during the upgrade.
(iii) If you purchased your W21 directly from a mobile service provider please check with your provider before installing the software as they may have custom firmware.
(iv) Unzip the files first before upgrading. |
